Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to COVID-19, many items have been sold out or have longer than usual wait times. As you may know, the supply chain has affected the manufacturing industry receiving raw materials and by customers awaiting finished goods. We will contact you should this situation arise.
Please give us time to review and process your order and allow up to 72 hours to receive tracking before requesting an update. If an item is urgently needed, please contact us at email@example.com prior to ordering so we can discuss the availability and logistics of receiving your item in time.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Belmont, CA warehouse. After placing your order and selecting Will Call at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please note, Emotive Engineering is open by appointment only.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are using a P.O. Box as a shipping address, please contact us ahead of time to determine whether or not we can fulfill your order.
We offer international shipping to many countries. If you live outside of the United States, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and availability. Be sure to provide your shipping address when emailing us.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Emotive Engineering is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our full Return and Exchange policy for details. We will not accept returns without an RMA.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If you are not at fault, we will make it right.
