H&R Sport Sway Bars are crafted from a special (hf) 50CrV4 steel alloy, offering the highest tensile strength available. The material and design ensures smooth transitions as the anti-roll bar is engaged and increased stiffness over stock. Each sway bar is cold-formed and heat-treated, with forged seamless bar ends. H&R shot-peens the sway bars to increase durability and check for dimensional correctness.

At 30mm, the H&R Front Sway Bar for AWD Model 3s is just 1mm thicker than stock, but boasts 2 levels of adjustability and H&R's high tensile strength alloy. Between the thicker bar and stiffer bushings, your car will have more front end grip to improve handling, safety, and tire wear without affecting ride quality.
